When you are on a GLP-1 medication, grocery shopping changes. You need high-protein foods that are easy to digest, nutrient-dense options that pack maximum nutrition into fewer calories, and foods that will not trigger nausea or digestive issues.

The GLP-1 Grocery List

Protein (Your #1 Priority)

Fresh Meat and Fish: Chicken breast (boneless, skinless), chicken thighs, ground turkey (93% lean), salmon fillets, white fish (cod, tilapia, halibut), shrimp, lean ground beef (90%+), pork tenderloin.
